Leadership By Design International Initiative also known as LBD is a faith based organization that seeks to inspire and mentor people into becoming exemplary leaders. The Live Your Dream International Conference is an annual gathering that brings together leaders from various fields, both within and outside Nigeria, to inspire and mentor individuals, setting them on the path of destiny and transforming them to become role models. Since its inception in August 2014, this annual gathering has consistently grown from one level of glory to another, leaving an indelible mark on over 8000 young people.
